Refund Policy

1. Hosting & VPS Services

New hosting and VPS subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests after this period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Domain Registration

Domain name registrations are non-refundable once processed, as registry fees are non-recoverable.

3. Web & App Development Projects

Development projects are billed in milestones. Refunds may be issued for undelivered milestones only; completed and approved work is non-refundable.

4. AI & WhatsApp Automation Services

Setup fees are non-refundable once configuration work has begun. Monthly subscription fees are refundable only for the unused portion of the current billing cycle, if requested within 3 days.

5. How to Request a Refund

Submit a support ticket from your client dashboard or email support@fasthostpk.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
